Position Overview:Seeking an experienced and dedicated assistant wrestling coach to help lead our wrestling program. The ideal candidate will focus on program development, student-athlete growth, and maintaining competitive excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive wrestling program strategies
- Program Building and Management
- Student-Athlete Development
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous wrestling coaching experience required
- Demonstrated success in program development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Background check clearance required
