USD 112 Central Plains is currently taking applications for a full-time vocal/band teacher for the school year. The position would include grades K-6 for vocal, along with beginning band grades 5 and 6, and grades 7-12 for band and vocal. Interested applicants must have a current Kansas teaching license with the proper endorsements, or be in the process of obtaining a license.

Salary InformationCurrently base salary for a first‑year teacher is $41,000 (BA Step
1). The district will also pay $7,416 annually towards the group health insurance plan which is Blue Cross/Blue Shield through the Greenbush Consortium.
