Location: White City
Overview
Rural Vista USD 481 is seeking an art teacher to serve students in Hope and White City.
Responsibilities- Teach K‑8 general art and high school graphic design, yearbook courses.
- Travel to each school on a Black/White schedule; hold a current driver’s license.
- Collaborate with district coaching opportunities and class sponsor ships.
- Bachelor’s degree and Kansas teaching license preferred but open to other qualified applicants.
- Beginning teachers receive a two‑year in‑house mentoring program.
- Health plan stipend of $520 toward a single plan.
- 12 days sick or personal leave plus 3 additional professional days.
Base Salary $41,200.
