- Location: Fairview, KS

- Schedule: Open Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm;
Closed on weekends - Compensation: Pay: $125K - $130K per year + Benefits
- Current license: Current license to practice as an Optometrist in the state of Kansas.
- Training/new residents: We are open to New Residents and willing to train!
