Compensation

Collections-based compensation with a daily guarantee during your onboarding period. As your patient base grows, your earnings grow with no cap.

Qualifications
  • Education & Licensing: DDS or DMD, active state license, and malpractice insurance.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Compliance: Commitment to adhering to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
Working Environment &

Physical Requirements

This is a clinical environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials and blood borne pathogens. The role requires standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds, as well as transporting and using dental equipment.
