• Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to the needs of 3 to 4 year-olds.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Adhere to licensing regulations and the center's policies and procedures.

• A Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Development Education or equivalent is required
• At least 3 years of experience working with 3 year-olds in a licensed childcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to fostering a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment.
