Role:
Conduct abuse/neglect investigations during business hours. Petition court for business hour CINC removals and present in court. Provide family preservation services. Conduct and prepare home studies for CINC adoptions. CINC Team Member. On-call rotation for after hours abuse/neglect investigations/foster home emergencies - petition court for after hours CINC removals and present in court.
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Minimum Requirements:
Driving: Valid Kansas Driver's license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.
Experience: 6 months of direct social work experience; specifically, case management, child welfare and/or foster care. Must have interest and basic knowledge of Native lifestyle and culture.
Education: Bachelor's degree in social work. Current Kansas Social Worker license with the BSRB or ability to get licensed within 6 months.
