Connecting the Meeting Business is our mission. Through our hybrid booking platform, we offer organizations maximum control and flexibility. Clients book independently through their personal accounts or engage our specialized Meeting and Event Experts for advice and coordination.
With over 1.500 locations, real-time availability, and nationwide coverage, we facilitate scalable solutions for organizations with high meeting intensity. In 2024, we realized more than 15.000 bookings for over 1.500 clients, including 100+ contract clients with centrally facilitated appointments. Our services combine efficiency and transparency with a single platform, a single contract, and a single point of contact for the entire meeting lifecycle—from request to evaluation.

That's why we're looking for reinforcement: a Junior Sales Executive who thrives on client contact, keeps administrative tasks organized, and is eager to learn how to spot, develop, capitalize on, and close commercial opportunities with a golden edge.
As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll be part of our Client Sales Team – the connecting link between clients, Meeting Experts, and our Venue Expert team. You'll work in a dynamic commercial role, connecting clients, colleagues, and venue partners daily.
Your duties and responsibilities
- You support new business through telephone acquisition: you approach potential customers, qualify leads and schedule appointments for you or your colleagues.
- You generate new requests for our Meeting Experts.
- You draw up contracts, price agreements and service agreements for new and existing customers.
- You will manage the administration in our own OMS (One meeting System) and ensure that all appointments are configured correctly.
- You guide new customers through their onboarding process via (online) demos and short introductory sessions.
- You keep our systems up-to-date and ensure accurate recording of customer appointments.
- You produce monthly reports and identify trends, opportunities and commercial developments.
- You have daily contact with partner locations and act as an important internal connector.
