Are you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician? Do you thrive on solving tough problems and delivering outstanding service? If so, we want you on our team! As a vital member of our service department, you will:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department to address any concerns.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, here’s what you need:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

To excel in this role, you should be able to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.

This position is at a Christian Brothers Automotive location that is independently owned and operated by a local licensed franchisee.
