You'll oversee the entire process, from request to invoice, ensuring everything is accurate. You'll contribute to the successful implementation of new contracts, onboarding new bookers, and building long-term, warm relationships with your account(s).

2026 will be a special year for Onemeeting.

In 2024, we realized more than 15.000 bookings for over 1.500 clients, including 100+ contract clients with centrally facilitated appointments. In this role, you'll be the orchestrator of complex conference requests and events. You'll oversee the entire process from request to invoice, ensuring everything is accurate. You'll contribute to the successful implementation of new contracts, the onboarding of new bookers, and build long-term, warm relationships with account(s).

You'll liaise with clients, venues, and colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and professionally. As Lead Event Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for major accounts, monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction and process quality throughout the entire booking process. You'll work closely with our Meeting Experts (MEX) and Venues Experts (VEX) and proactively liaise with Sales, Finance, and OMS Support.
