Role DescriptionThis is a part-time could work into full-time, on-site role for a Housing Assistant located in Hill City, KS. The Housing Assistant will support housing management processes, interact with tenants, assist with social housing initiatives, and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. The role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining communication with residents, and working collaboratively to meet community housing needs.
Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in Housing Management and Social Housing practices
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build constructive relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with residents and stakeholders
- Customer Service excellence to address tenant concerns and provide solutions
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage housing-related documentation and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with housing industry regulations and best practices is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in housing or social services are advantageous
