Job DescriptionPerformance Contracting Group is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant, Supervisor for its Lenexa 009 operations based in Lenexa, KS
. This individual will provide high-level, proactive support to the President, Leadership Group, and Senior Vice Presidents. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
The ideal candidate is a trusted business partner who operates with professionalism, confidence, and a solutions-oriented mindset. This individual will lead a team of administrative professionals while delivering comprehensive executive support and driving continuous improvement in administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management- Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of three administrative professionals by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
- Foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and responsiveness.
- Delegate work effectively, balance workloads, and ensure seamless coverage for executive support needs.
- Conduct performance reviews, support professional development plans, and participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and competing priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items for Leadership Group, Board, and Senior Vice Presidents meetings.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Maintain organized systems for documents, contracts, and sensitive materials.
- Manage expenses, invoices, and reporting in accordance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Exercise sound judgment in managing executive priorities, communications, and time-sensitive matters.
Salary range
: $75,100 - $101,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders, including demonstrated people-management responsibility.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing administrative or executive support teams.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with minimal direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 15-25% annually.
