This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Accountant, located in Burlington, KS. The Accountant will oversee and manage financial records, prepare accurate financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining ledger accounts, handling accounts payable/receivable, conducting financial analysis, preparing budgets, and assisting with audits. The candidate will also collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and provide insights to support decision‑making.

• Strong financial and accounting skills, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and performing financial analysis
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, and tax regulations
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or related fields is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
