Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Edwardsville
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour, paid weekly
Hours: Monday–Thursday; 8AM–5PM | Friday; 8AM–3PM
Onsite Role Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Credit and AR team. This role requires strong SAP and Excel skills, a team-focused attitude, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer accounts with accuracy and professionalism. Job Description

• Enter customer payments into SAP
• Research and reconcile discrepancies and credits on customer accounts
• Maintain customer account portfolio including updates to contact information, account notes, and payment status
• Make courtesy calls and handle customer requests
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure accuracy of delivery and payment status
• Apply cash payments from multiple sources (checks, cash, EFT, Online Bill Pay, etc.)
• Distribute monthly statements and handle account disputes
• Ensure compliance with Nevada credit law and internal SOPs
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of 1,000 customer accounts
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Solve problems with a positive and professional demeanor
• Work efficiently under time constraints and ensure data accuracy

Required Skills

• SAP experience (required)
• Excel proficiency (working knowledge)
• 10-key proficiency (test required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
