Tax Professional - Franchise Location at H&R Block. Seasonal, experienced Tax Professional role serving clients with diverse tax needs, supported by an expert team and advanced tax training.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services;
  Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation.
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Experience with virtual tools (video, phone, chat).
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment (or equivalent).
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax; experience completing individual returns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Must complete continuing education requirements and meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
