Transportation/Rollback Driver

Join the team at United Recovery & Remarketing. We are looking for an experienced driver to provide safe transport of vehicles, assist with lot organization, and support team collaboration.

• Transport vehicles to and from the lot in a safe manner.
• Help move cars around the lot to keep it organized.
• Communicate with other employees in the market to ensure teamwork.

• A self‑starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
• Basic mechanical skill. Training will be provided for all needed tasks.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly convey information.

• Be 24 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance.
• A DOT physical card or the ability to pass a DOT physical.

• Fuel card to cover gas expenses.
• Fleet maintenance program (company paid) to keep truck in tip‑top shape.
• Eligibility to enroll in major medical, dental, vision, disability, health savings account, and life insurance plans.
• Eligibility to enroll in 401(k) savings program with company match after 1 year of tenure.
• Straight commission pay structure allowing drivers to control and maximize earning potential.
