Logistics Operations Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carrier check calls to confirm load status and transit updates
• Build, update, and track loads within the transportation management system (TMS)
• Assist with scheduling pickup and delivery appointments
• Complete customer and carrier check calls through online portals
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to load information and shipment milestones
• Communicate regularly with internal operations teams to support daily execution
• Help identify and escalate issues that may impact service or delivery timelines
• Provide occasional weekend coverage as required to support operations

• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or an administrative operations role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and following established processes
• Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics portals is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools preferred
