Java​/TIBCOWorks analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Java/TIBCO Works analyst for a Contract with a client in Kansas City, MO. This role requires deep expertise in Java development and TIBCO Business Works as a core qualification.

Rate Range: $47/hour to $51/hour; negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Analyze business requirements, clarify functional needs with stakeholders, and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Java/J2EE and TIBCO Business Works, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and efficient implementations.
• Work with Oracle or other relational databases to design queries, support data flows, and validate integration logic.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across application and integration layers, ensuring smooth system operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and distributed teams to support end‑to‑end development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare documentation, provide technical guidance, and support delivery governance with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including strong hands‑on development and analysis work.
• Proven expertise in Java/J2EE development and hands‑on experience with TIBCO Business Works for integration solutions.
• Strong business‑analysis skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose effective technical solutions.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $51.00 per hour
