Adoption Social Worker

Zoe’s House Adoption Agency is a Christian 501(c)3 organization and is looking for a rock-star Client Advocate to complete our team of professionals dedicated to adoption services and expectant mom care. Ideally, you are compassionate, intuitive, and love working directly with clients - you’ll need to serve clients with excellence all while maintaining compliant administrative files in a fast-paced environment. • Perform intake services, direct services, and assessments related to adoptive services for birth families and adoptive families
• Conduct home studies, post-placement supervisory visits, and court reports for prospective adoptive couples
• Provide case management for birth and adoptive families
• Become familiar with adoption licensing and compliance
• Work independently and be able to balance multiple case loads at once

• You have a LMSW, LSWCS, or LCPC
• You ideally have 2+ years of experience working in a child placement agency. Foster care experience is a plus
• You are not afraid to learn new systems and software
• You are organized and punctual, but can handle the chaos of a pioneering environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented and strong work ethic
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative
