Alpha is not an ordinary school. Students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of their day is spent on practical skills — public speaking, analytical thinking, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Only accelerated progress and performance in the top 1% nationally.
This approach requires a unique form of parent collaboration — and that is your mandate.

- Managing the complete parent relationship—from initial contact through sustained engagement—for a single campus.
- Delivering persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters.
- Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring each family feels acknowledged and supported following enrollment at Alpha.
- Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, community partnerships, and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence.
- Depending on formulaic sales methods or impersonal communication.
- Assigning relationship‑building responsibilities to campus personnel or assuming a secondary position.
- Allowing structured parent organizations to control or compromise Alpha’s educational philosophy.
- Operating remotely—this position is actively integrated into the parent journey and community landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enrollment growth and retention at your campus by managing high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.

Austin, TX;
Brownsville, TX;
Fort Worth, TX; or Kirkland, WA. - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to build trust and facilitate sophisticated decision‑making.
- Strong conviction in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

Working with UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD per hour, which equates to $200 000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
