Maintenance Technician - Full-Time
Kansas City, MO
$20.00 per hour
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a residential community in Kansas City. This hands-on role focuses on completing repairs, maintaining property standards, and supporting overall building upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine maintenance and preventive repairs
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Perform general repairs including painting, drywall, and minor carpentry
- Respond to service requests and maintain work orders
- Assist with unit turns and property upkeep
- Follow company safety and maintenance procedures
- On-call rotation every 3 weeks/ $100 on-call pay/ Time and a half for each call.
- Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC experience preferred
- EPA certification preferred
- CPO certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license required
- Full-time, stable schedule
