Description Environmental Technician – Entry Level | Emergency Response & Industrial Cleaning
Industry: Environmental Services | Industrial Cleaning | Emergency Response
Seeking hardworking individuals to join our Environmental Response Team. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role supporting emergency and non‑emergency environmental cleanup, hazardous waste response, site remediation, and industrial equipment cleaning.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with hazardous and non-hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and decontamination tasks
- Operate or assist with high‑pressure water blasting, vacuum trucks, and chemical cleaning equipment
- Load and unload equipment including hoses, tools, and materials
- Perform manual labor in extreme weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights
- Follow all safety procedures and report to team leads or supervisors
- Maintain and inspect tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Participate in on‑the‑job training for new crew members
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License required
; CDL Class A preferred - Willingness to work in physically demanding and hazardous environments
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Experience in construction, landscaping, farming, or similar labor‑intensive work is a plus
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
- Confined Space Entry Training
- Experience with Level D, C & B PPE
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and cleanup procedures
