- Assist lead installer with HVAC system installations, replacements, and upgrades
- Transport, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping
- Support wiring and connection of HVAC components
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

- Minimum 2 years in HVAC installation
- Valid HVAC certification and EPA license.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
- Strong ability to guide teams, manage timelines, and communicate effectively.
- Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
