We are seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will maintain, and service a variety of automotive equipment for our valued clients. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ equipment operates safely and effectively.
Responsibilities- Service and repair automotive equipment such as lifts, air compressors, refrigerant recovery machines and other related products.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment meets industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during installations.
- Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager and team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
- Proven experience in automotive equipment installation or related field.
- Understanding of pneumatic principles (e.g., pressure, flow, and control of compressed air or gases).
- Hands‑on experience with pneumatic components like valves, actuators, compressors, and regulators.
- Understanding of electrical principles (e.g., voltage, current, resistance, and power distribution).
- Hands‑on experience with electrical components such as circuit breakers, transformers, motors, relays, and wiring systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
