• Diagnose and repair drain issues in residential plumbing systems.
• Provide customers with clear, professional recommendations and solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous drain cleaning or plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
