SummaryA 2-3 year, 4000 to 6000-hour apprenticeship in the wood flooring trade. You will be working with a Crew Leader to refinish, restore & install hardwood flooring in the Kansas City area. Training in all areas of the hardwood flooring trade will be provided. You will be required to complete both online and hands-on training to show proficiency.

Skills and QualificationsHigh-school diploma or the equivalent.
Environmental DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; fumes, or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risks of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

We have a Missouri-certified Apprentice Program and are passionate about developing you as a craftsman in the hardwood flooring trade.
Compensation- 30-day training and a probationary period before the first raise and official hire date.
- 30-day trial- $18/hr
- Field Tech: $20-24 ( $2 raise at the time promoted to crew leader)
- Regular annual performance raises
With completion of apprenticeship advancement and earning potential up to 80k per year.
