This role emphasizes sharp observation skills with attention to detail to monitor a series of screens and spot threats before they escalate. You will be the person spotting threats in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

  • 1st shift:
    Full-time, Friday through Monday, 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • 2nd shift:
    Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $17 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus
• Have a state license if required
