Job Description

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer (Surveillance Agent).

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalates in environments such as a security operations center, call center, parking gatehouse, etc. Your sharp eye and attention to detail will be critical.

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Required state license if applicable.
