Job Description

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Supervisor in Kansas City, MO.

As a Tactical Security Supervisor, you will patrol environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, and more. Your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is essential.

• Four shifts available:
  • Shift 1:
    Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Shift 2:
    Full‑time, Wednesday through Sunday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Shift 3:
    Full‑time, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
  • Shift 4:
    Part‑time, Friday through Saturday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $25.63 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred.
