Role Description

H&H Group USA is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist (SES) to help drive sales performance through best-in-class analytics, reporting, and order process management. This role is a key partner to our Sales and Leadership teams, delivering insights and operational excellence that support our retail partners.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Vice President
, the Sales Enablement Specialist will be based in our Riverside, MO headquarters and will play a hands-on role in improving sales execution, customer service, and data-driven decision-making.

What You ll Do
  • Provide scan-based trading and order management oversight to support sales performance and retail execution.
  • Deliver actionable analytics, insights, and reporting to the sales and leadership team.
  • Support POS replenishment and ongoing sales performance tracking.
  • Serve as a resident expert on H&H’s internal technology platforms.
  • Train and support internal users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of reporting and analytics tools.
  • Leverage external partners and resources to help optimize system performance and data accuracy.
Experience
  • 1–4 years of experience in business analytics
    , sales enablement, sales operations, or related business role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret sales, margin, and performance data.
  • Experience working with BI tools, ERP systems, or sales reporting platforms (Qlik, Axapta, Business Central, or similar preferred).
  • CPG experience would be a plus.
You Will Need These Skills To Be Successful
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning/manipulation).
  • Familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Comfortable being a subject matter expert and making informed decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing competing deadlines.
  • Ability to identify issues early and address proactively.
  • Resilient and adaptable problem-solver in a changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious, solutions-oriented mindset with interest in automation and AI-enabled tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
