What You’ll Do

  • Identify, engage and close new business with transit advertising solutions
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that align with client needs
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through strategic outreach
  • Stay informed on industry trends to provide innovative advertising solutions
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
  • Travel as needed to engage with clients

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in advertising, media, or other consultative sales environments is a plus
  • Hunter mentality – fearless in cold outreach and closing deals
  • Resilient & self-motivated – thrives on overcoming challenges and achieving goals
  • Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Hub Spot, Salesforce)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
