Sales Executive

Holland 1916 is seeking a sales professional to join our Holland Nameplate division.

.Holland 1916 Inc. is an industry-leading provider of product identification solutions, headquartered in North Kansas City, Missouri, with over 100 years of manufacturing experience serving industrial markets including energy, aerospace, power generation, HVAC, and automotive companies. Holland engineers and manufactures product identification solutions, RFID asset management products, as well as touchscreens, keypads, and displays for some of the world’s leading manufacturers.

• Identify good sales opportunities through discussions with Supply Chain Managers and Procurement Agents
• Work through solutions with engineering teams for the best possible product application
• Close new customers
• Build relationships with customers and grow their business

• Bachelor s degree preferred
• At least 2-5 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to converse and negotiate in a professional setting

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
• 401K with 4% company contribution after 90 days
