  • Performance Analysis: Use data and metrics to assess partner performance, identify capability gaps, and continuously optimize enablement programs.
Goals & Success Metrics

  • Build strong partner competency and sales effectiveness.
  • Improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality sales and marketing messaging across all partners.
Must Haves

  • 5–8+ years of experience in channel enablement, sales enablement, partner management, sales operations, or a related function
  • Proven experience supporting and enabling external partner or reseller ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success developing and delivering onboarding, training, and certification programs
  • Experience creating sales enablement content, including sales decks, playbooks, and co-branded marketing assets

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate complex products into clear, partner-friendly messaging
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

We offer an excellent total compensation package, including great benefits and bonus upside. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We encourage qualified individuals from all backgrounds to apply for this position.
