Outside Sales Representative – B2B Eyewear
We are expanding our independent sales network and are seeking experienced B2B outside sales professionals to manage and grow a defined geographic territory selling premium and core eyewear collections to optical retailers and optometry practices.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on long-term account development. You will work with independent optical stores, optometry offices, and regional optical groups, helping them build the right product mix for their business model (fashion, premium, and insurance-tier).
Eyewear industry experience is helpful but not required. Full product and category training is provided for candidates coming from other B2B sales industries.

Experience selling medical, dental, industrial, uniform, beverage, or other B2B products translates well into this role.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Managing and growing a defined geographic territory
- Calling on optical retailers and optometry practices
- Presenting and merchandising eyewear collections
- Developing long-term customer relationships
- Identifying and opening new accounts
- Managing product mix based on customer type
- Coordinating with internal customer service and operations teams
- Independent contractor (1099) position
