Clear Earth LLC is a Kansas City–based solar company specializing in residential and commercial solar PV and battery storage solutions. We are a sales-driven organization built for closers who want strong support, quality leads, and uncapped earning potential.

As we expand across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, we are partnering with experienced solar sales professionals who can close deals from company-provided leads and maximize high commission payouts.

This is a remote or in-person, commission-only contract role for experienced Solar Advisors. There is no base salary. Making this role ideal for proven closers who want full control over their income.

You will be responsible for calling provided leads, booking appointments, running appointments, and closing solar and battery storage deals. This is a full-cycle sales role with strong earning potential for motivated performers.

• Call and follow up with company-provided leads
• Book and run solar appointments (remote or in person)
• Close residential and/or commercial solar and battery storage projects
• Educate customers on system benefits, financing options, and long-term savings
• Manage your pipeline and follow up to maximize close rates
• Maintain professional, high-level communication throughout the sales process

• Commission-only (no base salary)
• M1 pay (front end advances)
• Paid per closed deal
• Performance-based income with strong earning potential for top closers

• Minimum 1 year of experience closing solar sales (residential and/or commercial)
• Proven ability to close deals consistently
• Strong objection handling and consultative sales skills
• Experience handling warm or inbound leads preferred
• Self-motivated and disciplined with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of solar PV and battery storage solutions
