Job Description
Insulation Commandos of Kansas City is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales growth. The Insulation Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, completing estimates in clients homes, building relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work safely and efficiently in client's homes.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue sales leads through a variety of channels, including phone, networking, grassroot efforts, email, and social media
- Complete in home estimates in attics and crawlspaces, to identify areas of energy loss and create a plan of action for the client to help them combat energy loss
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral sources to drive sales growth
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client relationships using a CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand clients' needs and identify new sales opportunities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, insulation, construction or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Desire to learn and grow individually and with the company
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and a CRM system
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in high, tight, extreme hot and cold, dusty and dark spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Valid Drivers license and working vehicle to travel to appointments
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Competitive Commission-based pay structure to include hourly pay and uncapped commission.
