Why This Role Matters

As our Business Development & Community Outreach Specialist
, you'll be the face of Caring Senior Service in the Kansas City community. You'll build trusted relationships, educate partners about aging in place, and turn connections into long-term care solutions that truly change lives.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives on networking, relationship-based sales, and purpose-driven work.

What You'll Do
  • Build and grow referral relationships through networking, outreach, and community engagement

  • Educate partners and families on in-home care and Caring Senior Service's unique Great Care® approach

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing

  • Partner with hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, veteran organizations, and local resources

  • Represent Caring Senior Service at community events and professional meetings

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

  • Track activity accurately in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with the local office team to ensure exceptional client experiences

Who Thrives Here
  • Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-based roles

  • Healthcare, senior care, or home care experience strongly preferred

  • Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

  • Goal-driven with a heart for service

  • Familiarity with the Kansas City senior services market is a plus

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
