• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 firms.
• Manage large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, detail‑focused, and excellent time‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26′ box truck.
• Full attendance essential. Must maintain DOT Driver Qualification File as required.
• Willingness to travel within district for customers, training, and work locations; complete background investigation and drug screening.

• Read, communicate verbally or in writing, remember and analyze information, and understand instructions.
• Stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
• Vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
