About the Role – Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative is a motivated and results‑driven professional responsible for driving growth and expanding Advantage Home Care’s presence within the community. This role involves face‑to‑face engagement, outreach, and relationship‑building to connect families with essential home‑care services.

This is a Full‑Time, Business to Consumer (B2C) role meeting and speaking with potential prospects in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Educate potential clients about the services Advantage Home Care provides
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships to increase retention and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory
  • Record and manage customer data accurately within a CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission

Qualifications

  • Outside sales experience preferred but not required
  • Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
