We are hiring a full‑time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in Kansas City, MO
. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. Hours are 8:00 am – tuntun 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, onsite at our service center.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, and expediting/returns.
• Sourcing parts and assisting in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers ՖՆ.

• At least 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience; industrial distribution or parts counter experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking ability, and a sense of humor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills, including Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR).
