Position Details- Competitive salary during training; post training, 100% commission.
- 80% Driving Travel Required.
The Sales Representative fuels company growth by managing convenience store and food service customers, driving sales, building relationships, and tying compensation to performance.
Responsibilities- Grow sales and profit margins through sales strategy and territory management.
- Prospect and onboard new customer accounts, including cold calling.
- Educate customers on programs, promotions, marketing, service, delivery, and industry activities.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with store managers and pursue opportunities.
- Minimize accounts receivable problems by monitoring credit terms and following up.
- Maintain awareness of pricing trends to ensure competitive pricing.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that increase sales.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proven success closing B2B sales across product lines.
- Experience managing travel and effective time management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, cold chain integrity.
- Detail‑minded, organized, independent work style.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Energetic, entrepreneurial spirit with competitive drive.
- Track record of growing market share.
- Relationship building and consultative services experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
- 2+ years B2B sales account management and consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in food service, wholesale, grocery, or convenience industries.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Sales Force.
