• Assist in maintaining the profitability of the company through new member sales and retention.
• Meet daily and weekly minimum requirements on sales quotas.
• Meet prospecting requirements and sales goals.
• Ensure that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in scheduled sales meetings.
• Attend all staff and club meetings and events.
• Thrive in a competitive, goal‑driven environment.
• Work closely with retention departments to ensure high participation in the facilities.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Perform other duties and assignments as necessary or required.

• Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing Genesis Health Clubs.
• Provide input in developing strategies to support goals and objectives.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints.

• Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must hold current CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of the start date.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Experience in cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Customer service abilities.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing, and speaking.
