We are looking for an Account Manager to own relationships and business responsibilities for multiple accounts. The Account Manager ensures customer satisfaction, provides sales support, and drives sales growth. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, organized, and able to be both detail‑oriented and work with a sense of urgency. We are looking for someone who is proactive, shows initiative, and is excited to execute business goals and plans.

Account Managers have ample opportunity for growth within the organization.

• Previous customer service and/or administrative experience is required (1+ years strongly preferred) – retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc. preferred, but office experience will be considered as well
• Computer proficiency is required
• Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities at once is essential

• Must have stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgency
• Must have stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be organized, possess strong problem‑solving skills
• Must show initiative, self‑motivation, perseverance

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• OR 2 years industry experience

Conditions vary and will include warehouse, office and external environments. Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office work may include sitting for extended periods. May include some travel – both by car and by air.

• Proactive customer account management:
  Account Manager will be assigned specific customer accounts and will be accountable for those customers at all levels of the business relationship.
• Work with our Inside Sales Team and Projects Teams on opportunities: quotes, orders, post‑sale, etc.
• Work on proposals for customers
• Work with Vendor Partners to grow business on specific product lines
• Work with Sales Management to develop business goals and execute the business plans
• Write up customer orders, engage in pricing and availability discussions.
• Engage in ongoing learning and training opportunities related to products and services.
• Provide insight into Customer purchasing decisions based on conversations and a well‑established customer relationship.
• Give input on marketing, events and broader customer communications; update lobby displays and stock literature in showroom.

The compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $120,000 annually.
