Compensation: $25 - $30 /hour, depending on experience
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Medicare Sales Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors. As a Medicare Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of helping clients navigate their Medicare insurance needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients and insurance carriers, ensuring policies are accurate and clients are well-informed. Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Verify policy statuses on carrier websites
- Update CRM system for reporting accuracy
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist clients with Medicare insurance plan details
- Process Medicare insurance claims
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and carriers
- Stay updated on Medicare policies and regulations
- Meet with potential clients to discuss Medicare options
Required Qualifications &
Experience:
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Medicare insurance industry
- Knowledge of Medicare policies and regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Licensed in Kansas or Missouri
- Experience selling Medicare Supplemental Advantage
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
- Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance
- Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay
- Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit
