We’re looking for a highly-skilled sales individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets. You are adept at understanding customer needs, building rapport, and persuasively guiding prospects through the final stages of the sales process to secure a signed contract.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as the ability to work both independently. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate within a sales team and cross functionally with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless sales experience for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closing Deals: The primary focus is on converting qualified leads into paying clients by skillfully navigating the final stages of the sales cycle.
- Negotiation and Persuasion: Effectively negotiating terms and pricing while persuading prospects to make a purchase decision.
- Product Knowledge: Possessing a deep understanding of the SaaS product, its features, benefits, and how it addresses customer pain points.
- Pipeline Management: Managing and advancing the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting close dates, and maintaining detailed records of all sales activities.
- Building Relationships: Cultivating strategic relationships and building trust with decision makers and influencers by actively listening to their unique needs and providing solutions that address their concerns.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other sales team members, such as BDRs, to ensure leads are well-qualified and meet Ideal Client Profile.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilizing CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales data.
