💰 $80,000-$100,000 + Car Allowance + Commissions/Bonus (OTE: $120-$140k)

This is take something that already works and make it even bigger.
We've just filled a Regional Sales Manager role with this client, with their growth they want another to cover the Kansas City region.
The territory is warm, active and full of opportunity, not go out and pound pavement and find us something!
The Company:
This business designs and manufactures critical components for bulk material handling systems, they supply some of the big names within the industry - Coperion and FLSmidth!
This is a well-established, highly respected manufacturer with a reputation for top notch products that engineers actually trust!
What You'll Do:
- Own and develop the Kansas City territory, driving sales activities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts.
- Identify and win new business within the bulk material handling space.
- Analyze customer requirements and through solution/consultative selling make recommendations on products.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, product quality and delivery.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong experience selling into the bulk material handling industry.
- Understanding of how material handling systems work in real-world applications.
- Familiarity with rotary valves, airlocks or similar components.
- Track record in consultative selling with a relationship focussed approach.
- Ability to travel 25-50% in and around the Kansas City area.
