Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
Are you a charismatic networker with experience in the manufacturing industry? Do you have the ability to engage with decision‑makers and executives while confidently representing a fast‑growing SaaS company? Elfsquad is looking for a talented and ambitious Community Lead to strengthen our brand presence and build a thriving customer and partner network.
As a Community Lead, you will be the face of Elfsquad, ensuring that our customers, potential clients, and industry partners become ambassadors of our brand. You will focus on increasing customer Community, lead generation, and brand awareness within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Responsibilities- Building and maintaining relationships
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision‑makers in our target industries.
- Engage with industry organizations (such as VDMA, FME, etc.) to establish strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships with ERP and other software providers to enhance Elfsquad’s market position.
- Networking and events
- Organize and host industry events, summits, roadshows, reference visits, roundtable discussions, and networking dinners.
- Facilitate (segmented) reference visits with successful customers to demonstrate Elfsquad’s impact.
- Represent Elfsquad at conferences, trade shows, and industry meetups.
- Community building
- Establish and manage an (online) customer community, segmenting client groups to foster engagement.
- Connect leads with reference customers to improve conversion rates.
- Gather insights from Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to strengthen our user community.
- Strategic alignment
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Development to refine our Product Market Fit based on industry needs.
- Support Sales by creating ‘compelling events’ that help drive conversions.
- Ensure that industry influencers and thought leaders are talking about Elfsquad.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry and strong networking capabilities.
- Fluent in German, Dutch, and English.
- Confident public speaker with a charismatic presence.
- Ability to interact with executives and decision‑makers.
- Experience in community building, event organization, and partnership development.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
