Position: Case Intelligence Analyst - Kansas City (Hybrid)

The Case Intelligence Analyst develops data-analytic and financial business insight capabilities to empower Littler decision-makers with the right information, at the right time, to arrive at the best data-driven decisions for the firm.

This is a hybrid position located in Kansas City, Missouri.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the preparation and distribution of financial reporting in support of Case Smart, Legal Project Management, Marketing, Pricing requests and others. Effectively monitor financial performance across clients and provide recommendations to management for performance improvement.
  • Ensure Accrual Production, Quality and Accuracy standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Provide stakeholders with accurate and timely financial and nonfinancial metrics (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and manage expectations versus plan, industry peers and other metrics.
  • Respond and troubleshoot inquiries from clients (both internal and external) and other third parties, and address in a manner that meets established department standards. Relationships with department stakeholders are established and effectively maintained.
  • Perform ad hoc requests and respond to inquiries in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that all activities performed are following company policies, procedures and external rules and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated an analytical skillset sufficient to prepare, interpret and present quantitative analysis of financial and non-financial data.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the suite of Microsoft products and continued education to leverage new technologies as they become available:
    Utilize Excel to produce, organize and analyze large sets of complex data, and including skills such as pivot tables. Demonstrated ability to use Outlook to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and validate transactions, and extract and analyze data from accounting and other related systems.
  • Demonstrated the ability to structure reports in a logical, concise and auditable form.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve processes to drive efficiency. Demonstrated experience with enterprise software applications.
  • Increase productivity by leveraging technology and resources to automate various analytical applications.
  • Ability to manage numerous competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Effective oral and written communications that are professional and appropriate to the circumstance.
Education And Certifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business or related field

Experience Required

A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible related and relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
