The cafe associate role supports members with prepared food, keeps the cafe area clean and ready for service, and contributes to a warm, friendly environment. You will:

• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food; ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the cafe
• Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with the team; be flexible to business needs
• Be an Expert:
  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal production; adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manage inventory; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production decisions, merchandising, and training
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; assist members with purchases and resolve issues
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Represent the brand, inspire teamwork, and support training
• Complies with company policies and integrity standards; apply Open Door Policy in business processes
• Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and customers; meet deadlines and adapt to change

• Minimum:
  Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred:
  Food Service experience;
  Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
