Job Overview

Join Target as a Food and Beverage Expert. Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, and accurately priced.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Work with vendors to proactively set, maintain, and make planned changes to sales floor merchandise displays.
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and attention to detail.
